Display Home at Denman Prospect
Aspire at Denman
Sutton and Horsley’s philosophy of ‘Building Together’ was established after 30 years of expertise in building innovative, award-winning custom homes. We are excited to present Aspire at Denman Prospect which is a concept we developed after many years working with a number of growing, changing and (often) shrinking families. This home was inspired by life’s ever-changing needs.
If you are investing (both emotionally and financially) in a custom build for your home – we encourage you to consider not only your needs now, but your needs and wants for the future. Aspire features two wings which serve to keep your family together, while also allowing for the element of independent living. Designed specifically to this corner block, the home features stone and timber finishes which present beautifully amongst the picturesque Canberran bush aspect.
We had a lot of fun pulling this project together. From concept through to our visitor journey of ‘Choose your own adventure’, we are proud to present Aspire where you can realise your prospect at Denman.

Working closely with the team in the office, Greg and Don are on site to actively maintain quality workmanship across your project. We do this with you and our trusted building partners.
